StoryLurker provides tools for viewing publicly available Instagram content, including stories and highlights. Our service also includes a feature to analyze follower relationships using data you provide.

Important: We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. in any way. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of Instagram content may also be subject to Instagram's own terms; you are responsible for using our service in a manner consistent with applicable third-party terms and the law.

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age set by your country (which will not be below 13), or have the consent of a parent or guardian as required by local law.
One person may not maintain more than one account.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Abide by the daily usage limits assigned to your account
Not attempt to manipulate or exploit the credit system
Accept that credits reset daily and do not carry over
Accept that we may modify credit allocations at any time

Credits have no monetary value, are not purchased, and are not redeemable for cash.

6. Intellectual Property

The StoryLurker service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without permission.

Content accessed through our service (Instagram stories, highlights, etc.) remains the property of the respective content creators. We do not claim ownership of third-party content.

7. Copyright & Takedown Requests

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that content accessible through our service infringes your copyright or other rights, please contact us at privacy@storylurker.com with: (a) identification of the work or right concerned; (b) the location or URL of the material; (c) your contact details; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (e) a statement that the information in your notice is accurate. We will review valid notices and may remove or disable access to the material where appropriate.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
The results obtained from the service will be accurate or reliable
Any errors in the service will be corrected
The service will meet your specific requirements

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Where reasonable and lawful, we will give you notice. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will continue to apply.

Changes take effect when posted (or on a later effective date we specify). These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the paragraph below, you agree that the state and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or the United Kingdom, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements on that subject.
